1. Orders
Customers can place orders directly through the Electropowerway website.
While placing an order, customers must provide their correct name, mobile number, email address, and complete delivery address with PIN code.
2. Payment
Currently, no online payment gateway is available on the website.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
After placing an order, the customer must contact us on WhatsApp at +91 7042315997 to make the payment.
Checkout clearly states: “Cash on Delivery Not Available. After placing your order, please message us on WhatsApp at +91 7042315997 to make payment.”
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are separate from the product price and must be paid separately by the customer.
Shipping charges are calculated according to the customer’s PIN code/location and parcel weight.
4. Delivery
Under normal circumstances, orders are generally delivered within 4–6 days.
Delivery may take longer due to heavy rain, courier delays, transportation issues, holidays, or other unexpected circumstances.
Electropowerway properly packs and dispatches the order after completing the required process from our side. Electropowerway will not be responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
Tracking details are generally provided to the customer via WhatsApp on the next day after the parcel has been dispatched/processed.
5. Packaging
After the order is packed, a photo of the parcel may be shared with the customer via WhatsApp.
If the customer wants additional product photos, they can request them through WhatsApp.
6. Products
All products sold by Electropowerway are new products.
Our products include welding machines, welding machine spare parts, electronic components, electrical products, lithium battery accessories, and other related items.
Customers should carefully check the available product details on the website before placing an order.
7. No Return / No Exchange
Return and exchange facilities are currently not available.

Electropowerway will not be responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect address, PIN code, mobile number, or other incorrect information provided by the customer.
